Essential Job Functions
Serves PARKHAUS dvision at customer sites by performing installation and service activities at the direction of the VP of Operations
Ensures operation of PARKHAUS equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; following repair instructions; evaluating equipment and techniques
Maintains service records by completing accurate records on forms provided by Senior Management AND detailing service provided on said forms and obtaining client signature on said forms
Maintains spare-parts inventory by following documented guidelines for the return of spare parts to the Spare Parts Material Manager
Works to resolve customer issues by interfacing with GmbH technical staff and interfacing with Inc. technical staff
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations
Contributes to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to add value to the organization; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
AS degree from an accredited college or university in electronics or related technical field desired; equivalent combination of technical education, certifications and experience may be substituted.
3-5 Years or more directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and mechanical-electrical systems and equipment preferred
Experience in networking, TCP/IP preferred
Must have proven meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, good organizational skills and the ability to self-direct and prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis
Must have valid driver’s license in state of residency
Up to 20% travel nationally
