You will be the contact person for our customers from the commissioning of the plant and will ensure the support of the entire contract life cycle. You will contact the customer by phone and give advice on our maintenance and service initiatives, and prepare quotations. You will identify training needs; process customer enquiries and establish/manage maintenance contracts. You will also be responsible for maintaining the contract database and other administrative tasks such as updating maintenance packages.
