Globally-leading access solutions are seeking a creative team member with strong organizational skills for HR Training & Development.

Your responsibilities

You support our overall strategy and help secure our leading position. As a central point of contact, you coordinate all staff training while keeping an eye on the budget. Additionally, you strategically and inventively develop our training approaches, tools and processes.

You convince with

  • Experience in corporate training & development at an international company
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management, training approaches, tools and processes
  • Organizational skills, independence and strategically innovative thinking
  • Experience with Excel and new media
  • Good English skills and a network in your area of expertise
