Your tasks

With a high level of determination, you coordinate and check when employees begin employment, change positions or leave the company in our global subsidiaries daily. You act as a point of contact between Human Resources (HR), Controlling and IT, as well as our 26 Subsidiaries worldwide. At the same time, you advance the automation of our HR analytics, are responsible for processes for head count reporting & forecasting and further develop these together with the necessary tools.

You convince with 

  • Controlling experience, understanding of international HR processes and their administration
  • Interest in developing processes and their representation in tools
  • Interest in building an analysis database
  • Proficient Excel skills and analytical thinking
  • Completed business studies, experience in controlling, and passion for HR
  • Customer experience mindset
