Globally-leading access solutions are looking for a communicative organizational talent as Program Manager.

The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in over 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the planning and successful execution of various projects. You will orientate yourself on defined processes, use valuable tools, steer through KPI's and report the project results as well as the following status of the program to senior management on a regular basis. On this basis, you will be in charge of the progress of the project. With your methodological knowledge, you are a valuable support for the development team and through your strong personality a motivation, which you also play out as one of your strengths in change management projects. Last but not least, you are interested in building up and passing on your expertise and committed to it.

Your Convince With

  • Technical studies with a focus on IT
  • At least 3 years of experience as a project manager
  • Knowledge of software development
  • Basic knowledge of SCRUM
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent working method and assertiveness
  • International experience and working in a multicultural environment
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
