Parking Charge Notice Officers (Birmingham, US)

We are currently recruiting for Parking Charge Notice (PCN) Officers based at our offices in Marston Green, Birmingham. This is a permanent position, offering a Salary between £16,000
£18,000 per annum [depending on experience] working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

The Role

The role involves handling Penalty Charge Notices within the processing department and working with colleagues ensuring that PCN progressions are taking place within the stipulated timeframes and that cases are accurately and appropriately handled. You must have previous experience of working in a customer services environment and be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and to have an excellent standard of verbal and written English.


  • Previous customer services experience
  • Competent in Microsoft office package [Excel & Word]
  • Attention to Detail
  • Good Telephone manner


  • Salary £16,000-£18,000 per annum
