The Company

Stanley Robotics is a highly ambitious robotics start-up launched in January 2015. Set to revolutionise the car-parking world with an automated valet service, our robots can move any vehicle. Already seeing strong growth with several key accounts (car parking providers), Stanley Robotics has raised equity from big name investors and is rolling out in 2019 several large-scale projects.

We are based in the centre of Paris, in the 11th arrondissement.

What you will do

You will be responsible for all accounting operations (customers and suppliers) to prepare closing operations and structure accounts as part of the internalisation of Stanley Robotics’ accounts.

Your role

  • Manage cut-off paperwork and provisions;
  • Label items in the accounts and confirm the balance;
  • Monitor and check the accounts balance sheet and income statement;
  • Monitor bank statements (daily cash & bank reconciliations);
  • Enter supplier invoices and overheads. Set up payment schedules;
  • Monitor and enter miscellaneous transactions of any kind.


What we are looking for

Your Profile

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a BTS-level vocational
  • training certificate in accounting;
  • You demonstrate a an excellent analytic ability, capacity to see the whole
  • picture and rigour in everyday life;
  • You know how to handle general accounting and financial emergencies;
  • You can handle a number of different tasks at the same time;
  • You possess a good knowledge of banking interfaces;
  • A good level of professional English is required;
  • You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
