What you will do
Reporting to the Chief Of Operations you will be in charge of leading the outdoor automatic parking service programme contractually agreed with our customer, Aéroports de Lyon. Acting as a customer-facing representative of the company you will take the lead in all the activities required to meet the goals of the programme.
Organising programmes and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of our company, and adhering to the master schedule;
Developing a budget and operating plan for the programme. Drive an invoicing strategy in coordination with the Sales & Marketing team;
Coordinating internal contributors with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities;
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, operations performance and costs;
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved;
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding issues with projects and decisions about services;
Producing accurate and timely programme status reports throughout its life cycle.
Proven experience in programme/project management (scheduling, transverse project management);
Proven stakeholder management skills in the B2B environment. Skilled negotiator;
Proven experience managing a team;
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks;
Proficiency in English in both a professional and social setting;
Proficiency in French in both a professional and social setting;
