What you will do
Your mission is to support the smooth operation of our robotic autonomous parking valet service at London Gatwick Airport, as part of our UK team.
Supervise "Stan’s" movements on site, monitoring and providing continuous improvement of the service;
Ensure consistency of the operations schedule;
Maintain a rigorous documentation of the activities (writing of reports, daily checks, customer feedback).
You are responsible for supporting the customer:
Supervise passenger operations;
Provide on-site user support;
Ensure the service and workspace remain presentable;
Provide cover for the service during operational hours (late at night, early in the morning, and at weekends).
You will run the operation:
Monitor and evolve the schedule in real time;
Apply operational support procedures;
Keep the space tidy, clean, inventoried …
What we are looking for
You are a proactive and adaptable person, you will not be behind a desk 75% of the time and the service will require shift work;
You are a well organized person, you know how to follow a procedure and write reports;
You will have a flair for teamwork and communication. The support team is based in Paris;
