What you will do
Within the Robot team, you will be in charge of optimising the robot’s localisation in the various use-cases it faces.
Identify and characterise the localisation requirements;
Develop, implement and optimise the localisation and fusion algorithms;
Keep up to date with the state of the art in the field of localisation.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate and curious developer highly experienced in robotics localisation. A person who is daring, conscientious, curious, and with excellent interpersonal skills.
MSc or PhD. Areas of specialisation: robotics,
Experience of programming in C++;
Strong skills in localisation, kalman filters;
Very good knowledge of point clouds processing;
Good knowledge in SLAM, odometry, vehicle dynamics;
Professional level of English proficiency;
Focused on the quality of the code;
Desire to learn and ability to teach;
Desire to work as a team;
Comfortable working in the less formal context of a startup business;
Belief in open source software and sharing with the community;
