Job description

The tasks

The tasks are as varied and comprehensive as the responsibility: As a technical account manager (m / f), you independently carry out telephone customer support to STOPA systems (storage and car park systems).

Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting via remote access to the STOPA PLC program (Siemens) are also part of your daily area of responsibility.

The work is carried out in the office, but it is also possible to carry out production support and operator training at our customer's site.

The qualification:

  • You have a degree as an engineer (m / w / d) or a technician (m / w / d) in the fields of electrical engineering or mechatronics.
  • You have already gained professional experience in the field of technical customer service.
  • You have PLC programming knowledge (Siemens).
  • Communicating with English-speaking customers will not be a problem for you.
  • Independent work, a strong imagination and good analytical skills complete your profile.
