Management of applicant management - from job posting and scheduling to hiring new employees
Ensure a positive candidate and recruiting experience and support the onboarding process of new employees
Contact person or cooperation in operative (administrative) personnel support from A to Z
Support in the development, standardization and documentation of HR processes and methods
Document management (eg keeping a personal file, creation of standardized templates / certificates, processing of employment contracts, preparation of additional agreements, etc.)
Supervision of special topics (eg vacation management, occupational safety, fleet management, etc.)
You bring these qualifications with you
Completed commercial training (like personnel service clerk), or study, preferably with HR-relevant emphasis
At least two years relevant work experience within a comparable job
Structured, accurate work, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and a high degree of initiative and responsibility
Conscientious and discreet handling of sensitive data
High social and intercultural competence paired with very good English language skills
Challenging projects in an international, harmonious team with flat hierarchies and open communication
