Essential Position Functions

  • Assist various teams in reviewing and negotiating customer agreements, sub-contracts and partner agreements.
  • Manage high profile/complex post award customer agreements.
  • Respond directly to customers and third parties providing comments and redlined changes to agreements identifying, evaluating and mitigating commercial risk to the company.
  • Overflow legal support work for General Counsel.
  • Manage all contract documentation, including Exhibits, Schedules, Scope of Work, Addendums, etc.
  • Liaise with legal team, sales managers and product managers for all sales contracts requirements.

Education and Qualifications

  • University level degree in Business or Law.
  • Minimum of 5 years of continuous contracts management experience in a medium to large organization in a high-tech/engineering environment.
  • Travel to the US is required.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and commercial terms and conditions.
  • Proven experience in resolving complex contract negotiations.
  • Capability to read and interpret complex technical specifications.
  • Thorough knowledge of legal terminology as related to contract law and public procurement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service focused approach to contract management.
  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills.d
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be an asset.
