Product Manager, Payment Solutions & Service Offers (Indianapolis, US)

Essential Position Functions|

  • Collects and analyzes data from customer interactions, market research, and competitive intelligence, for conceptualizing new offers or new business opportunities. Drives voice-of-customer and core benefit propositions through organization.
  • Creates and revises business plans, including financial projections, and manages existing offer sets and solutions. Works with cross-functional enterprise teams to create organizational processes and project plans to deliver high quality solutions on time.
  • Responsible for documenting detailed market and new offer requirements. Communicate product specifications using user stories, wireframes, and presentations where appropriate.
  • Develops and maintains multi-year solution roadmaps for internal and external consumption.
  • Performs financial projections and ROI analysis. Owns the actual financial performance against objectives of the total solution.
  • Collaborates with other Product Managers to ensure alignment and clarity on priorities, timeliness, and business impact.
  • Launches the offers to market through a clearly articulated strategy, consistent messaging, and integrated positioning. Works closely with Marketing to develop sales enablement tools and provide content for promotion and communication.
  • Creates and maintains contracts or agreements with external partners and/or vendors that will govern the commercial relationships with T2.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar disciplines.
  • 5+ years of product or offer management experience related to services and/or payments based solutions are required.
  • Knowledge of and experience with payments and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) is preferred.
  • Experience working with independent software vendor (ISVs) and value added reseller (VARs) partner programs is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise platform product management is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Detailed knowledge of T2’s software products, services, and processes (current and new) is required which can be obtained through training, practice, reading, and dedication to gain such knowledge.
  • Advanced knowledge of various software products including: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Travel may be required up to 25%.
  • Understanding of current and future payment trends.
  • Understanding of payment compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to detail product specifications.
  • Understanding and experience of Agile or Stage-Gate development methods.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong product management skills for the entire product life cycle management.
  • Teamwork and communication and interpersonal skills are required as you work directly with T2’s customers, sales channels, business development, engineering, and professional services.


  • This position can be Indianapolis or Vancouver (Burnaby) based.
