Responsible for maintaining a high level of service, creating genuine connections with our guests and overseeing daily transactions. Some of our greatest CSRs are kind, energetic, hardworking, and reliable. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
You will also play a key role in our guests’ experience using our new Revenue Control System. This is a game changing update for our company! The Customer Service Representative will become a user-expert on this new technology to ensure our guests continue to receive the same level of exemplary support they are used to at The Parking Spot.
