Worldsensing is a widely recognized IoT pioneer who provides Operational Intelligence to cities and industrial companies.
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional, dedicated to understand and meet the customer’s needs. This person will be responsible to give technical support in relation to Fastpark to external clients, to the sales team and to project management, both before and after the implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction during the whole process.
Responsibilities will include:
Helpdesk. Providing first line technical support by telephone, email, and remote connection
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Talking customer through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshooting problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Replacing parts as required
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

Technical degree preferably in Computer Science, Telecom or Electronics
2-5 year work experience in technical field support roles that require frequent interaction with customers, with products that include hardware, software, and networking
Experience in similar positions will be considered
Knowledge of computer networking
Knowledge of server administration and Linux / Windows.
Knowledge of script programming
Strong language skills in English and a native/bilingual level of Spanish
