Former Head of Travel Services for BAA, Marie Hart, has joined Alpha Parking as an Associate

During her eight years as Head of Travel Services , she was responsible for developing new products, services and technology across their travel services portfolio including public parking, car rental and other surface access modes. She has received many awards for her work including Most Innovative New Product for Fast Track parking, Best Refurbished Car Park for multi-storey car park 3 South Terminal, Best New Build for Edinburgh Airport MSCP, and the BAA Spark Award for Exceptional Customer Service.

Since 2004, Alpha has established itself as the only consultancy company that specialises solely in parking. Alpha provides a full range of services in parking and enforcement from training, including the only Institute of Leadership and Management accredited course in the parking industry; through consultancy, including surveys, traffic counts and mystery shopping; to designing and implementing Controlled Parking Zones; and a full Traffic Order and ParkMap service.

Her main focus will be the scope of our new car park division and will bring new skills and competencies to our core consultancy business in the growing sector of airport parking.
