Greenscape Capital Group Announces Expansion of Business Relationship with Propark America
Greenscape Capital Group Inc. ("Greenscape") is pleased to announce an expansion of its current business relationship with Propark America.
Propark and Greenscape are currently partners in the development of the world's greenest parking facility, servicing the Denver International Airport in Denver, Colorado.
The 4,200 stall Denver operation will feature a variety of green operating methods including geothermal heating and cooling, solar and wind energy, Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations, LED lighting and is being built in accordance with LEED Gold building principles.
To further the interests of both Propark and Greenscape in the green parking industry (a core focus of both companies), further joint efforts are being worked on including;

To further the interests of both Propark and Greenscape in the green parking industry (a core focus of both companies), further joint efforts are being worked on including;
- Greenscape Capital is partnering on the recent bid made by Garage Juice Bar LLC for the installation of EV charging stations at the City of Vancouver's Easy Park parking lots, for demonstration and evaluation. The bid was made in response to a Request for Expressions of Interest issued by the City of Vancouver.
- Greenscape and Propark are identifying, evaluating and selecting future sites for the building of green parking facilities modeled after the current Denver green parking project. The Denver project has an appraised value of US $31.7 million (pre-cash flow/post construction) and has an expected completion date of November 2010.
- Greenscape and Propark are preparing to launch Propark Canada, with a goal of being the pre-eminent green parking group in Canada, establishing new facilities and winning new management contracts, while also offering energy efficiency retrofit programs during a greening process of these locations.
