Impark Honored With Pinnacle Innovation Award By BOMA Toronto
Impark announced today it has been recognized by the Toronto chapter of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) as the recipient of BOMA Torontos 2011 Pinnacle Award for Innovation. The award was presented at BOMAs 2011 Celebration of Excellence Dinner at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel on April 27th.
The Pinnacle Award for Innovation is presented each year to an organization delivering a unique service oriented product or offering to the commercial real estate industry, and Impark was recognized for the development and implementation of its on-line self serve monthly parking website. A first for national parking companies in North America, Imparks new system allows its contract parking customers to manage all aspects of their monthly parking online. Not only can a customer sign up for parking from the convenience of their home or office computer, they can also view and pay invoices, select lots based on maps and satellite imagery, change their personal information, and manage multiple spaces within a single contract.
On hand to participate at the event were a few members of Imparks Toronto team, including Gordon Craig, Regional Senior Vice President, and Nancy Forget, Manager of Business Development, who both accepted the award on behalf of the company.
Impark is very proud of its long association with BOMA, commented Craig, the company has made a substantial investment in improving its monthly parking system to meet the changing needs of the parking customer, and we are very excited to receive this auspicious award in recognition of the result.
Local BOMA chapter Pinnacle Award winners are eligible to enter the 2011 BOMA Canada national awards competition, with results announced in September this year. Impark has won national level BOMA Pinnacle Awards on two previous occasions.
