Kapsch TrafficCom is one of the winners of the Strategic Performance Test 2011
Kapsch TrafficCom AG, listed on the prime market of the Vienna Stock Exchange since June of 2007, is one of the winners of the Strategic Performance Test 2011. Conducted by Contrast Management-Consulting the company is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary this test analyses the performance of domestic leading companies listed on the stock exchange. In the prior fiscal year 2010/2011, Kapsch TrafficCom increased its total turnover to 388.6 million euros (2009/2010: 216.0 million euros); with this, the company achieved growth of 80 % in comparison to the previous year.
The leading Austrian strategy consultant, Contrast Management-Consulting, has been examining the performance of companies in Austria listed on the stock exchange for the last 13 years. For the current 3-year evaluation, Contrast has analysed 57 companies listed on the stock exchange, as well as nine banks/financial services providers this year. In addition, 62 companies, as well as 10 banks/financial services providers, were analysed according to key figures in the 1-year comparison. In doing so, the key figures of spread, return on equity, total shareholder return (TSR) and a growth indicator were used for the performance measurement. Kapsch TrafficCom displayed excellent results in all areas. As a result, the company is one of the glowing victors of the Strategic Performance Test this year.
