Citation Management is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is recognized as an industry leader in the provision of ticket processing and collection services to Cities, Universities and Parking Authorities.

Citation Management brings to Reino an expansive, gold standard service center network with national coverage, capable of managing all aspects of citation and collections processing. Reino will also enjoy the benefits of Citation Managements’ reputation for customer service excellence and industry best practices.
