The CVPS Valet Parking and Self-Park Integration Sparkled During the Grand Opening at the New Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Orlando

Grand Opening at Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Bonnet Creek Orlando

The Service Tracking Systems (STS) installation at the chic new Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek was received with a round of applause. The grand opening of the Waldorf Astoria was attended by local officials and business leaders, including FL governor Charlie Crist. This unique installation combines the CVPS valet system with Federal APDs self-parking system SCAN Net in a clean, user friendly layout offering maximum flexibility to the operator and maximum convenience for the guests.

What our Clients and Partners Have to Say

The seamless integration with the CVPS valet parking system is a model for how we envision our partnership with Service Tracking Systems, said Tom Bradfish, Business Development Manager, Federal APD.

We are impressed with the detail and timeliness of this extensive installation. This was an incredibly smooth and impressive opening and was a historic day for AAA Parking, said Bryan DeCort, VP of AAA Parking.

The Installation

WaldorfAstoriaOrlando_combined_press_release.jpgThe Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek installation includes CVPS valet and Federal APD self-parking systems spread across five entry and exit lanes and two hotel porte-cocheres. The CVPS valet components were incorporated into the Federal APD self-park housing unit keeping the entry lane clean and simple. Registered hotel guests can use their room key cards to enter and exit the garage, an application allowed by SCAN. Valet patrons parking charges are posted to their hotel folios via the STS interface to Hiltons OnQ. The installation also includes a Pay on Foot station, as well as credit card payment kiosks at the garage exit lanes. Digital cameras are included in the entry and exit lanes. The valet entry lanes are also equipped with LPR cameras.

The CVPS valet integration with Federals self parking system SCAN is an application that STS has been enthusiastic to see grow. The Waldorf Astoria Orlando has proved to be the perfect installation to reinforce the extension of our services into the self-parking space, said Andy Preas, President, Service Tracking Systems.
