The Parking Professional Wins Award in Association TRENDS 2010 All-Media Contest

The Parking Professional, the monthly magazine of the International Parking Institute, has been honored in the Association TRENDS' 2010 All-Media Contest with a bronze award in the category for monthly trade association magazines published by organizations with a budget greater than $1- million.
The TRENDS All-Media Contest is an annual competition held exclusively for associations, recognizing the most creative and effective communication vehicles developed in the industry over the prior year. The 2010 competition included more than 470 entries in 27 categories.

"IPI is delighted to receive this recognition, which honors the many contributions of our talented writers, contributors and designers, along with our managing editor, Henry Wallmeyer," said IPI's Executive Director Shawn Conrad, CAE.  "This award is even more special because each advertising dollar invested in The Parking Professional is reinvested in the magazine and other IPI programs that advance the parking profession."

IPI will be honored at the 32nd Annual Salute to Association Excellence, February 16, 2011, at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C.

Since its launch in 1985, The Parking Professional has been a trusted resource for individuals in the parking and transportation industry with the latest information regarding parking design, construction, technology, management, innovation and news. The Wall Street Journal has referred to The Parking Professional as "the bible of the parking industry."

Association TRENDS is the national newspaper for association executives and suppliers, spotlighting the latest news, information and trends in association management for the professional staff of international, national, state, regional and local voluntary organizations.
