Trace Wilson named AAA parking's manager of the quarter

Trace began his career at AAA Parking in 2004 as an operations supervisor at World Center Marriott in Orlando and was promoted to assistant manager in 2005.  Later that year, Wilson accepted an opportunity to relocate to the Tampa market as the operations manager for Tampa Airport Marriott, where he enjoyed great success.  Trace again accepted a new opportunity in 2009 that involved a return to the Orlando market as operations manager at Royal Plaza Hotel, his current property.  I really enjoy being a part of this team and the relationship I have with the hotel management.  Im on the hotels basketball team along with the general manager, Odessy Leachand were good!

I like saltwater fishing and recently began alligator hunting, Wilson casually stated about his leisure activities, who also enjoys time with his wife of ten years, Candace and their five year old son.  As for his method to success, Trace said, Im persistent and quietly resolve issues as they arise.  Some simple but great advice from an excellent Manager of the Quarter.

Wilson said he was surprised at learning he had won, but was proudly displaying the trophy in his Orlando office.  The company provides a roving trophy engraved with each quarterly managers name and quarter award.  Award recipients get to keep the trophy and display it for a few months until its passed on to the next quarterly manager winner.
