The Parking Consultant’s Council of the National Parking Association (NPA), the nation’s first association to serve the parking industry, presents the fourth edition and update of the Parking Garage Maintenance Manual, formerly published in 1982, 1991, and 1996.
The fourth edition builds upon the foundation of the previous editions, offers current general guidelines for maintenance, and provides new sections on budgeting and repairs. The new Maintenance Manual also includes the latest technology for the maintenance and repair of parking garages that every operator should know and employ.
