Added Functionality in T2 Flex Version 6.4 Includes New PermitNow Event Parking Management
T2 Systems announces the availability of the newest version of the T2 Flex parking management system.
T2 Flex version 6.4 offers parking operations new functionality and enhanced performance including new PermitNow event parking management, expanded reservation capability, and new credit card payment interoperability.
The new PermitNow functionality provides real-time handheld integration with T2 Flexs event parking management. PermitNow enables better management of revenue from large events by automating revenue reconciliation after each event. With the easy-to-use handheld software on-demand permits can be printed and issued in under eight seconds and multiple payment methods are accepted including credit and debit cards, as well as cash and check.
The new reservation functionality allows patrons to reserve parking in advance and ensures that parking facilities are not reserved beyond their capacity. In addition, operators can put names to parking validations and bill the appropriate third-party for parking.
In the area of Access and Revenue Control, T2 Flex 6.4 includes credit card payment capability on exit. Another key benefit is the enhanced finder tool capability, allowing users to find, print, or export data for ad-hoc reports or more in-depth analysis.
