Alpha Parking accredited to provide new management qualifications

These qualifications have been designed by City and Guilds in collaboration with the British Parking Association and include Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) units. They provide the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a variety of management roles and are part of the BPA's aim to raise standards and encourage professionalism across the sector.

The qualification is split into three levels 3, 4, and 5 and are ideal for parking staff who wish to progress to team leader, supervisor or manager level. They are assessed through wide-range of methods, including short-answer tests, assignments and a portfolio of evidence, to ensure learners are given the best opportunities to demonstrate and prove their knowledge and competencies.
