The acquisition of I-T-S accelerates Amanos strategic initiative to become a full service provider for parking, time & attendance and security systems focused on delivering to customers comprehensive solutions with hardware, software, service and support from a single company.

Under terms of the acquisition, Amano will absorb all I-T-S operations, customer care and support, and great attention will be given to ensure a smooth transition for all customers and partners. Amano acquires I-T-S offices in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts and will support the regional markets they serve. All offices will continue to offer consulting, sales, installation, service, and support for Amanos next-generation parking technology.

Amano will continue its focus on bringing to market leading solutions for the parking, time & attendance, and security industries by offering the most comprehensive solution available, Lee said.
