Amano Consolidates Its Manufacturing Facilities
Amano Cincinnati, Inc., a leading developer of parking, building access control and time-based solutions for business and industry, announced that as of October 1st 2005 all remaining production of Amano time clock systems at the Amano Anaheim, CA factory shall be transferred to the Amano manufacturing facility in Loveland, OH.
The Amano Ohio factory is a modern ISO 9000 approved facility and has been recognized for achieving a high level of manufacturing excellence. The Amano Ohio facility has been producing the full range of Amano Parking and Time Solutions products for several months now, and inventory levels have been increased to ensure that shipments to customers will in no way be disrupted during this last stage of the consolidation process.
This transfer completes a major consolidation and expansion of Amano's Ohio manufacturing facility from 53,000 square feet to more than 90,000 square feet. The consolidation/expansion of its manufacturing centers will enable Amano to run its facilities at a more optimal level of efficiency, while significantly reducing costs in order to remain competitive.
