AmeriPark, Simon Team to Benefit At-Risk Youths
AmeriPark, a full-service parking company that provides management and valet services across the country, has teamed with Simon Property Group for a holiday valet promotion that benefits the Simon Youth Foundation.
The promotion is occurring now at Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza and Mall of Georgia, major Atlanta-area malls owned by Simon. When a customer purchases valet parking service at these malls, a portion of the proceeds is donated to the Simon Youth Foundation. Valet customers receive a coupon for free valet parking on a subsequent visit and a coupon for free food from a mall retailer.
Valet customers are Lenox Square and Mall of Georgia get a coupon for a free cookie, and Phipps Plaza customers get one for a free Chick-fil-A sandwich.
This holiday promotion benefits everyone. Our customers get free food, and at-risk youth are given new opportunities, said Chip Patterson, CEO of Atlanta-based AmeriPark. The program has been a great success in the first three weeks, which means more youths are benefiting. And AmeriParks customers are getting something extra, too.
The mission of Simon Youth Foundation is to foster and improve educational opportunities, career development, and life skills that transform the lives of at-risk youth through focused programs and initiatives with our public school and post-secondary education partners.
In the first three weeks of the program, AmeriPark has provided valet services to nearly 27,000 vehicles at the three malls, and approximately $13,000 has been donated to the Simon Youth Foundation.
