Another Hotel Valet Parking CVPS Installation at the Boston Copley Place

CVPS, Service Tracking Systems' valet parking management solution, services the Marriott Copley Hotel in Boston, a location managed by Towne Park.
This is the second Boston Copley Place hotel valet installation. The Westin Copley has been a long time CVPS client, complete with vehicle imaging technology for damage assessment and license plate recognition technology for automatic vehicle identification.  
As guests enjoy an evening in Back Bay, a stroll down Newbury Street, or a game at Fenway, visitors can park in the centrally located Marriott Copley Place and know that their cars are in good hands. The Marriott Copley Hotel valet parking services are operated by Towne Park.

The CVPS software accounts for every vehicle parked.  The CVPS system knows who parked and retrieved which cars and at what times. The average wait times are accurately and quickly available which helps management make the necessary staffing adjustments and increase customer service by allowing guests to decide when its a convenient wait time for them to pick up their cars.
