APCOA Parking (UK) has added to its airport customer service portfolio by securing the call centre services for both Southampton and Aberdeen international airports
APCOA already facilitate the call centre services to allow customers to book parking services for Gatwick, Exeter, Liverpool John Lennon and Luton, and will now support customers at Southampton and Aberdeen international airports with their new and existing booking enquiries. These will comprise inbound telephony, as well as on- and off-line written correspondence.
The service contracts for both Southampton and Aberdeen went live on 3rd and 5th December respectively.
APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd. was established in 1971 as a parking management company, and became the first company in the UK to provide on-street parking enforcement in 1986.
