Apex Skypark Inc. Dubai Project Update

The robotic car park has a total of twenty floors with five of them below grade. The electro-mechanical equipment constists of Vertical Transponders to move the vehicles from floor to floor; Trolleys which will position the vehicles horizontally in front of the parking stall; and Robots which will be performing the precision pick and place routines for the vehicles.

The project is unique in many aspects: 1) the tower will be the largest building in the Middel East depicting the former President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan; 2) the Skypark Robotic Parking Structure will be the Largest, 1288 spaces, and most technologiy advanced in the entire world; 3) the structure will have a helipad on its rooftop and a catwalk from the car park to the tower for the Royal Family.

When asked, Harold stated "although the Dubai Muncipality has been inconsistent with their approvals the project is making a headway and behind the scenes progress is being made."
