Ascom: General Meeting 04: All motions Carried

They represented 15'188'610 votes; approximately 42,2 percent of the share capital.
The general meeting passed all motions from the Board of Directors by a large majority, with a small number of dissenting votes and abstentions.

Juhani Anttila was re-elected to the Board for an additional three-year period. In the Board meeting that followed, he was also elected Board Chairman.
