"We were requested by Finder Technologies to perform an evaluation of certain functional and performance claims regarding the Auto-Finder vehicle location device," said Mr. Robert Melucci, Executive Vice President at Clarity Design, Inc., of Poway, California. Seven performance claims promoted for the Auto-Finder by Finder Technologies were evaluated by Clarity Design. These claims include determining the vehicle direction in large parking lots, effective range from up to 1/2 mile away, making this determination within seconds, assisting in locating the correct level of a multi-level parking structure, and functioning in underground parking garages. Making sure that only locating the correct vehicle and not being confused by other Auto-Finders that are in the same area were also verified.
