Automated Valet application manages accounts receivable

One capability the feature offers is the creation of master accounts for vendors offering validations. This includes validations printed directly from the operating system for each master account and total accounting of every validation tendered and all payments from the vendor.

The system also makes it possible to implement an unlimited number of rates. Operators can charge different customers different rates and even customize rates by the day and hour with no maximum combination. This saves time and labor by allowing the operator to set up rates for extended periods of time. Weekend and evening rates can be programmed during regular business hours.

For customers with monthly accounts, the system tracks use and sends invoices automatically. The technology eliminates human error and prevents mistakes in billing that undermine customers loyalty. The accounts receivable application also control revenue by ensuring invoices are sent on time at each billing period and that any delinquent accounts are automatically brought to the operators attention.
