Automated Valet creates customized iPhone app for DFW Airport Valet

The app gives valet customers the ability to plan their valet itinerary using their iPhone. With a few taps they can make reservations, enter their vehicle information, flight details, and special requests. They can also add a tip to their bill all using their phone.

DFW customers will find the already excellent valet service they receive through PCI to be even faster and more efficient. The app saves them the time they would have to spend contacting a reservations desk, checking in with valet staff and requesting their vehicle on the return. No kiosks or podiums are required just an iPhone. The vehicle will be ready before the customer even lands.

Any special services like car washes can be requested with the initial reservation and will be completed before the customer arrives.

For the operator, the app saves time and money by decreasing the need to conduct these tasks for the customer. Valet staff can focus more energy on other aspects of customer service.
