Automated Valet operating system compatible with wireless technology

Plantation, Fla. April 2009 Automated Valets AVPM ACCESS feature takes full advantage of the most cutting edge wireless technology available. Whatever device a customer chooses for mobile communication, AVPM ACCESS is programmed to accept incoming messages.
This feature allows customers to schedule valet reservations from their cell phone, PDA, Blackberry, or other web accessible tool or request their vehicles. This paperless solution is also convenient for creating and applying validations, and preparing boarding passes.
Picture1.jpgOne of the most revolutionary uses of this tool is its ability to accept customers vehicle requests through text message or email from wireless communication devices. Customers can request their vehicles from any location without interrupting their activities. Once a vehicle request is sent, valets are alerted and the customers car is brought to the delivery area. Waiting time is decreased significantly. In addition, equipment costs are reduced because the technology eliminates the need for expensive customer request kiosks.
Trade Show.pngThis feature has practical applications in many valet settings. In casinos, gaming patrons do not have to interrupt their entertainment to request their cars; at hospital locations, sick or disabled customers dont waste limited energy looking for request kiosks; at hotels and resorts, customers can request their cars while packing and dont have to carry heavy luggage to the request area; and at airport locations customers can e-mail or text message vehicle requests as soon as their flights land.
AVPM ACCESS can be implemented at any valet facility. Hardware and software costs for this feature are less expensive and take up significantly less space than computer terminals and request kiosks placed in lobbies and receiving areas. The technology can be installed and operational with only a single handheld wireless unit interfaced with dispatch functions or more complicated locations with multiple computers.

The technology is out there and valet customers are using it for many things. They should be able to use it when they valet their car, and we have made that possible. We are proud to provide the latest technology and be the benchmark in the valet parking industry
