BemroseBooth Announces Successful Acquisition by AIAC
BemroseBooth announced that is has been successfully acquired by an acquisition affiliate of American Industrial Acquisition Corporation (AIAC) from Appleton.
AIAC is a U.S. based private equity firm.
US based Appleton previously announced it intended to explore the sale of BemroseBooth in January 2008.
BemroseBooth is a leading provider of security and transactional print services including print management. The company employs more than 600 people at operations in Derby, Hull and Teesside, United Kingdom, and achieved net sales of approximately 57m in 2007.
BemroseBooths Managing Director, David Murray, said that he was delighted that AIAC had shown confidence in the future of BemroseBooth.
