Bourne Parking Contract Award
In June Bourne Parking Ltd from Dorset, England received four separate contract awards totalling L5.2 million for the design and build of single deck car parks.
The awards were for 352 spaces at Roche’s new HQ in Welwyn Garden City, 144 spaces for Highbridge Properties at Cobalt Business Park in Newcastle which is the largest commercial business park development in the UK, 194 spaces for Prudential at Forum 4 Solent Business Park in Fareham and 237 spaces for a major retailer in Gloucester.
