The race to win the most prestigious prizes in parking, the British Parking Awards, is well underway. The deadline for entries has been extended to allow for the Christmas break, so you now have until 14 January. The annual competition, which is run by Parking Review and supported by the British Parking Association, recognises the best in car park design and management. The categories span the built environment, innovative technology and the work of both teams and individuals in the sector.
As has become traditional, the deadline for entries has been extended to allow competitors to complete their entry packs over the Christmas break. Entries for the competition will be accepted up until 14 January. However, it is well worth aiming to complete submissions before then. In the event of a dead heat, extra points will be given to the entry which came in closest to the deadline!
Entry to the competition is free.
The winners of the 2013 competition will be revealed at a gala lunch being held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, on Friday 8 March.
“We will again keep the identities of the winners secret until the day itself, which really adds to the sense of anticipation,” said Moran.
