CALE Parking Systems USA partners with Parkmobile to offer Pay by Phone services and integrated enforcement and reporting system

Parking customers now have the convenience of paying for parking at a CALE pay station or by cell phone with Parkmobile.
CALE Parking Systems USA, Inc., the nations fastest growing distributor of multi-space parking pay station equipment, announced a recent partnership and systems integration with Atlanta-based Parkmobile to allow parking customers the option of paying by phone. The Parkmobile system instantly updates the CALE WebOffice database with real-time payment information to allow CALEs municipal customers the ability to see all parking payments at once, regardless of the payment option parking customers choose.

The first application of pay by phone was in Barrington on November 16, 2010 as part of a new 10 CALE pay station installation and in neighboring Crystal Lake on December 15th, 2010 with 14 existing CALE pay stations and to be honest with you, both could not have gone more smoothly said Joe Smith, President of Operations and co-owner of Total Parking Solutions, CALEs distribution partner who installs and maintains CALE pay stations at many Chicago-area Metra commuter lots and in some local municipalities. Combined, the systems manage more than 2,000 parking spaces and customers can now pay for parking by phone, as well as with their I-phones, Droids, or Blackberrys as they ride the train to work if they choose. It is very convenient and easy to enforce. We will add the pay by phone option to our existing CALE operations in Hinsdale and Elmhurst in the next couple of months.

The CALE WebOffice system provides comprehensive financial reports and enforcement tools to allow seamless management of large parking operations with multiple payment options. The Parkmobile pay by phone option not only allows customers another way to pay, but also lets customers know when time is expiring and offers the option to add time to a parking space without having to return to the parking lot or space.
