 The low bid for the project was $15,903,451 or approximately $14,300 per stall. IPD was retained by the campus as the prime architect and engineer to prepare the bid documents for this 6-level, 1113-space parking structure, which includes a 1,721 square foot standalone parking management office and a 127-foot-long pedestrian bridge.
