Cellopark's New Roadside Assistance Package Available To Parking Customers

Cellopark Technologies, a leader in the mobile parking field in Israel, has expanded its scope of services to offer a comprehensive nationwide roadside assistance package to new and existing members.

Cellopark took the decision to offer additional services after research showed that customers, who use the Cellopark app on average eight times per month, see the app as an essential part of their driving experience. With the Cellopark app, it was already possible to start and stop on-street parking sessions, locate and navigate to car parks, and pay for parking with the app instead of using payment machines, but research showed that consumers wanted more car-related services on one single platform.

Cellopark's roadside assistance package is available 24/7 and is being offered in partnership with 'Femi Premium', a well-known management and service company that specializes in insurance, medical services and public projects in a variety of fields.

The roadside assistance package, called Cellopark Premium Rescue, is available for purchase directly from the Android and iOS Cellopark apps, and includes the following services:

• Flat tire repair
• On-site wheel change
• Battery replacement and jump-starting vehicle
• Emergency fuel delivery

After a successful 3-month trial, the service is now available to the public for roughly $2 US per month (€1.8) and has already added thousands of users to the package. With hundreds of thousands of active users in Israel alone, Cellopark believes that by this time next year a large portion of their users will be happily signed up to their Premium Rescue package.
