Central Parking System, Inc. ("Central") announced today that Renee Dowell has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Client Services. The recently formed Client Services group is dedicated to leading Central's client communications program and to improving client service levels. With Central's several thousand leased and management locations, Client Services will play a strategic roll in transforming and differentiating Central Parking from our competitors.
Client Services also serves as our client advocate group focused on representing client feedback in order to insure our capabilities and solutions meet or exceed their expectations. Recently, Client Services has been instrumental in the design and implementation of many new capabilities that have been launched, including Central's re-designed Webvision reporting tools and managing the national roll out of a new RFID program.
"Having been with Central Parking for over 18 years, Renee clearly has the experience and understanding of the requirements of the position; as such, the recognition of becoming a Senior Vice President is well deserved," said James Marcum, Chief Executive Officer and President. "In meetings throughout the U.S. with both existing and potential clients, common themes I hear include the increasing priority placed on tailored solutions and better integration with client financial reporting systems. This is just one of the strengths of Renee's group."
"In addition to focusing on existing clients, new clients ranging from airports, municipalities, mixed use developments and office buildings, owners know that changing parking management firms is an opportunity to improve financial returns and service, but during the changeover the concern is about a seamless transition," added Jim Bond, Executive Vice President of Operations. "Renee is as good as it gets in the parking industry in managing large complex transitions."
"I'm very excited to lead the Client Services team and to spend all of my time dedicated to communicating with and helping clients," said Renee. "Several large initiatives we are currently undertaking include the national roll out of new handheld RFID readers to enforce monthly parking and violations management while establishing a new technology platform that can be used for a wide variety of future applications and the launch of a new client newsletter beginning in October."
