Central Parking Appoints Rick West Executive Vice President

Mr. Wests focus will be on marketing, e-commerce, brand building and promotion, as well as overall business development activities for the Company.

Mr. West has extensive experience in the parking industry as a senior operating executive responsible for multiple parking platforms, including airport as well as urban parking companies for over 25 years. Mr. West has led these businesses as a CEO, a member of senior management and as a strategic advisor to the industry.

We are pleased Rick has agreed to join our executive management team, said Jim Marcum, Chief Executive Officer and President. He brings a unique skill set that combines his many years of hands-on experience in the industry both as an operator and as a strategic advisor to parties, including private equity. Our focus, with Ricks contributions, will be to grow our market share through both organic and strategic opportunities. Given the significant increase in public private partnership activity going on around the country at this time, Rick will take the lead as Centrals executive focused in this arena.
