Central Parking Awarded Brookfield Properties' Minneapolis Portfolio

The portfolio is comprised of three parking facilities with a total of 1,387 spaces that serve the City Center, Gaviidae Common and Dain Rauscher properties. Two of the facilities offer valet parking. Central Parking assumed management of the facilities on August 1, 2007.

City Center includes 1,082,000 square feet of office space and 370,000 square feet of retail space. The project also houses the Minneapolis Marriott at City Center, a 584 room, full-service hotel. Gaviidae Common is a five-level, 443,000 square foot retail center spanning two half-blocks on Nicollet Mall in the heart of downtown. The center is anchored by Neiman Marcus and Off Fifth - Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet. Dain Rauscher is a mixed-use office and retail development in the Minneapolis financial district on Nicollet Mall. The projects 40-story office tower consists of 593,000 square feet and is connected to Gaviidae Common.
