Central Parking Corporation Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.015 Per Share

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2005--Central Parking Corporation (NYSE:CPC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 (one and one-half cent) per share for the Company's common stock. The quarterly cash dividend will have a record date of March 31, 2005 and will be distributed to shareholders on April 14, 2005. Central Parking Corporation has approximately 36 million shares of common stock outstanding.
