Central Parking Corporation Awarded Harrisburg International Airport Contract

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 2003--Central Parking Corporation (NYSE:CPC) today announced that it has been awarded a management contract for parking and shuttle services at Harrisburg International Airport (identifier code MDT) in Middletown, Pennsylvania. Parking operations began May 15, 2003 and encompass 5,500 parking spaces.

The airport is seeing consistently greater passenger traffic each month and is expanding with the construction of the East Coast's first multi-modal transportation center. This new terminal will be capable of handling charter, commercial and public transportation buses, hotel shuttle vans, limousines, rental cars, taxis and an AMTRAK rail station. With the completion of the $222 million project in 2004, a new garage with 2,700 spaces will also come under our management."
