Central Parking Corporation Awarded Roundabout Plaza Management Contract

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Central Parking Corporation (NYSE:CPC) today announced the signing of a contract with Eakin Partners, LLC to manage parking at the new Roundabout Plaza office building in the Music Row area of Nashville, Tennessee. Operations commence October 8. Central Parking System of Tennessee, Inc., an affiliate of the Company, will manage 650 covered spaces serving the tenants of the nine-story, 205,000 square-foot Class A property located at 1600 Division Street. The completion of Roundabout Plaza totals over 3.5 million square feet of office development for the principals of Eakin Partners.
